A Custom Facial isn’t a treatment off a menu. It starts with a real conversation about your skin — what it’s been doing, what’s bothering you, what your goals are. Lilly does a hands-on skin analysis, then builds the treatment to match.
The 50–60 minute session always includes the foundations: cleansing, exfoliation, a targeted treatment for your specific concerns, a finishing mask, and serums chosen for your skin type. What changes is the depth, the products, and the techniques — calibrated to what your skin actually needs that day.
If you’re new to professional skincare or you’ve had bad experiences with rushed, formulaic facials, this is the right place to start.

Yes. Custom Facial is the most common first appointment with Lilly for exactly this reason. There's no commitment, the approach is gentle, and you'll leave with a clear sense of what your skin actually needs going forward.
HydraFacial uses a specific patented vortex-fusion technology and a fixed 3-step protocol. Custom Facial uses traditional techniques (cleanse, exfoliate, treat, mask) but the products, depth, and methods are chosen based on your skin that day. Custom Facial is more flexible; HydraFacial is more standardized. Many clients try both and decide which they prefer for ongoing care.
That's exactly what the consult is for. Lilly will ask questions, look at your skin, and explain what she's seeing. You don't need to come in with a plan — you just need to come in.
Yes. Custom Facial is the gentlest option on the menu specifically because it's customizable. Lilly can adjust every step to your skin's tolerance. If your skin is highly reactive, mention it during booking.
If you need them. Lilly assesses during the appointment — if there's congestion that should come out, she'll handle it. If your skin doesn't need extractions, she won't do them just to fill time.
For most clients, every 4–6 weeks is the maintenance cadence — but it depends on your skin and your goals. Lilly will recommend based on what she sees at your first appointment, not a default schedule.
