A regular facial uses traditional manual extraction and topical products. HydraFacial uses patented vortex-fusion technology — a serum-delivery system that cleanses, exfoliates, and infuses serums in three steps with no manual extraction. The vortex creates suction that lifts impurities while simultaneously delivering hydrating and antioxidant serums into the skin. The result is consistency: same protocol, same equipment, same results across every appointment. HydraFacial has been used in over 25 million treatments worldwide.
HydraFacial is the gold-standard surface treatment — designed for glow, hydration, and maintenance with zero downtime. Procell and PRX go deeper. Procell uses microchanneling to stimulate collagen at the cellular level for scarring, melasma, and aging concerns. PRX is a no-needle chemical revitalizer for similar collagen and pigmentation goals. Many of Lilly's clients use HydraFacial monthly for maintenance and add Procell or PRX as a periodic series for deeper change. They're not competitors — they're a system.
Every 4–6 weeks is the standard recommendation for maintenance. Some clients book monthly, others stretch to 6–8 weeks depending on their skin's response. We'll figure out the right cadence for you at your first appointment.
Classic is the core 3-step HydraFacial — cleanse, extract, hydrate — for $199 in 35 minutes. Deluxe ($259, 50 minutes) adds a targeted booster serum, LED light therapy, hand and arm massage, neck and shoulder massage, and a custom face mask. If you're looking for a little extra pampering or want the full experience, Deluxe is the call. If you want a great glow with no specific issue to target, Classic is the right call.
Yes. The glow shows up same-day. Most clients see it the moment they look in the mirror after the appointment. Hydration and clarity continue to improve over the next 5–7 days.
No. You can return to normal activity, including makeup, immediately after. Some clients have very light redness for 30–60 minutes, but it fades quickly.
Yes — we'd actually recommend skipping it for a few hours so your skin can fully absorb the serums, but there's no requirement. Many clients book a HydraFacial before an event and apply makeup the same day.
Arrive with a clean face if possible (we'll cleanse again, but it helps). Avoid retinol or strong actives for 2–3 days before. If you have any active skin concerns or recent treatments, text me beforehand so we can adjust the approach.
