HydraFacial is the gold-standard surface treatment — cleanse, exfoliate, hydrate, with same-day glow and zero downtime. Procell is the next level when you want collagen-induction depth or you're addressing scarring, melasma, or signs of aging at the cellular level. They serve different goals — both are excellent at what they do. Many clients use HydraFacial monthly for maintenance and Procell as a series 1–2 times a year for deeper change.
Most clients see meaningful results from a series of 3–5 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart. Severe scarring or pigmentation may require more; mild concerns may resolve with fewer. We'll build a plan together at your first appointment based on your specific goals.
Some. Your skin will be pink and slightly sensitive for 24–48 hours after the treatment, similar to a mild sunburn. You'll need to avoid direct sun, exfoliants, and active ingredients (retinol, AHAs, BHAs) for 5–7 days. Most clients return to normal activity the next day with sunscreen.
Initial brightness and glow show up within a few days. Real texture and tone changes start appearing 2–4 weeks after treatment, when the new collagen has had time to form. Results compound across the series — your week-12 skin looks different from your week-4 skin.
Procell's Microchannel Delivery Serum contains growth factors, cytokines, and DNA repair enzymes in a hyaluronic acid suspension. These are signaling proteins that occur naturally in the human body — but Procell's serum creates them from bio-engineered, lab-cultured sources. There are no human cells, animal cells, plant cells, DNA, blood, or any other foreign substances. The product has been used safely and effectively for over a decade.
Most clients describe it as mildly uncomfortable, not painful. We apply a topical numbing cream before treatment, and Procell's smaller channels are gentler than traditional microneedling. Sensitivity varies, but most people find it very tolerable.
Microchanneling is microneedling evolved. Procell uses linear stamping that creates uniformly distributed channels without skin tearing or dragging — meaning less discomfort, faster treatment, and minimal downtime. Traditional microneedling creates irregular, angled channels and is more abrasive, with downtime typically lasting 5–7 days. Procell is also the only system using its specific patented stem cell serum, delivered into the channels during treatment, and it's FDA-cleared (not all microneedling devices are).
